We exist to bring people together through curiosity, service, and communication. Radio waves do not recognize borders, backgrounds, or identities — and neither do we.
We are committed to fostering a welcoming, respectful, and supportive environment for all operators and guests, regardless of race, color, ethnicity, nationality, language, age, religion, disability, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, socioeconomic background, political affiliation, technical experience, or license class.
We believe the strength of amateur radio lies in its diversity of voices and perspectives. Whether someone is keying a microphone for the first time, building their first antenna, or mentoring others after decades on-air, every member deserves encouragement, patience, and respect.
In our club:
- New operators are welcomed and mentored without judgment
- Questions are encouraged — no one is expected to “already know”
- Harassment, discrimination, and gatekeeping behavior are not tolerated
- Technical knowledge is shared freely and generously
- Different operating interests and viewpoints are valued
- Accessibility and participation opportunities are actively promoted
- Our website is ADA-WCAG compliant.
- We stand with: LGBQT+, Neurodivergents, PoC, women, persons with physical disabilities, persons with cognitive or intellectual disabilities, refugees\displaced persons anywhere, people struggling with social economic difficulties, and marginalized persons around the world.
We aim to reflect the best traditions of amateur radio: cooperation, public service, experimentation, and goodwill across communities. By listening to each other and learning from each other, we ensure our club remains a place where everyone can find their signal and be heard.
Ham radio is for EVERYONE.
